The whole wheat bread
The wheat - wholemeal bread, which is baked in a box like here, has a mildly sour taste. The coarsely ground whole wheat flour creates a pithy bite. Due to a high number of shell parts, the bread can absorb a lot of water, which leads to a high level of freshness.
